We take pride in our products and services offered, however service response time can be up to 72 hours and typical lead times for parts and/or repairs can be up to 6 weeks.

Products purchased more than 2 years ago, are no longer under labor warranty. Please provide your original order number to avoid a $25.00 administration fee to locate your original order. Parts typically have a 10 year defects warranty and glass has a 1 year stress crack warranty and a 20 year seal failure warranty.
